Apple, Arkansas Black

Arkansas black produces apples that are harvested in the winter, starting in December. The fruit is medium sized, round fruit. The skin is covered with bright red, deepening to purplish-red on the exposed side. Flesh is yellow and very firm and crisp, moderately juicy.
