Clove Currant is a black currant native to the Bosque habitat of the Rio Grande and has delicious round fruit that looks like a shiny blueberry . It has a nice, sweet flavor. Use for jam, syrup or raisins, or leave for wildlife. Also known as clove currant due to the spicy smell of the beautiful yellow flowers.
